On October 13, 2015, Patrick A. Molinari, counsel at Lavery, was elected first Vice President of the Canadian Institute for the Administration of Justice (CIAJ) during the annual meeting of its board of directors in Saskatoon. The CIAJ is presided by the Hon. Justice Georgina Jackson of the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal.
The CIAJ is a pan-Canadian non-profit organization promoting excellence and leadership in the administration of justice through knowledge, learning and the exchange of ideas.
The CIAJ offers education and research programs and provides a forum for everyone interested in the administration of justice. The CIAJ was created in 1974 and is now comprised of over 1000 members of legal professions, the judiciary, and private and public organizations.
