On November 23rd and 24th, Véronique Morin, lawyer at Lavery, co-chaired a conference called “RH & droit de l’emploi au sein du secteur public et parapublic,” which aimed at providing a forum for and responding to the questions and concerns of human resources administrators and lawyers practising labour and employment law in the public and parapublic sectors.
In addition to presiding over the first day of this two-day conference, Ms. Morin was also the speaker of the presentation called “Droit de gérance de l’employeur du secteur public : notions pratiques pour s’en prévaloir efficacement.”
Held by the Canadian Institute, this conference was recognized by the Quebec Bar and took place at the Mont-Royal Omni Hotel in Montreal.
