Anik Trudel, Chief Executive Officer of Lavery Lawyers, was appointed yesterday to the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan Montreal (CCMM). The CCMM, recognized as a key player in the Montréal business community, offers specialized services to companies of all sizes and intervenes on issues that are crucial to the city's prosperity.
Her appointment is in line with the firm's vision and positioning which contributes, through the expertise of its 250 professionals, to the economic development of the greater metropolitan region by acting with the largest companies and institutions in Québec, both drivers and leaders in their sectors and industries.
The firm is also involved in industrial clusters and sector-based ecosystems while implementing concrete initiatives to meet the business challenges of companies in Montréal and in the Province of Québec. This is the case of the L³IA Legal Lab on Artificial Intelligence, a unique initiative created to analyze recent and anticipated developments in AI from a legal perspective.
