Mr. Ouellet has over twenty years of experience in all aspects of labour and employment law, particularly in the areas of labour standards, human rights, duty of loyalty, and restrictive employment clauses.
Throughout his career, he has gained experience working for both private companies and law firms and has advised numerous clients in disputes involving termination of employment, in addition to assisting with collective and individual negotiations.
