Lawyer

Rodrigo is a lawyer and member of the Business Law group. His main areas of practice are private equity, venture capital, private financing, and mergers and acquisitions.

Before joining Lavery, Rodrigo worked at a boutique law firm in Montréal specializing in venture capital and corporate law. He started his career as a legal counsel in business law and intellectual property at a Crown corporation recognized as a world leader in the renewable energy industry.

Rodrigo was called to the Barreau du Québec in 2020 and earned his law degree from Université Laval.
