She obtained her bachelor's degree in law at the University of Montreal in April 2024 and also had the chance to study at Aix-Marseille University during a summer school in 2023.

During her studies, Elissa had the opportunity to get involved within her faculty, notably through her role as vice-president of competitions for the Criminal Law Committee, where she organized two editions of a simulated criminal trial and a competition on corporate governance and white-collar crimes.
