Director, Projects and Strategic Planning
Nathalie Borgniez is Director, Projects and Strategic Planning, and reports to Anik Trudel, CEO. She is a member of the firm’s Management Committee.
As such, she supports the CEO and management team in overseeing the firm’s strategic projects as well as the initiatives stemming from the strategic plan.
In addition to assisting the CEO and management team with the firm’s planning and management activities, Nathalie helps to prepare and organize strategic meetings, and oversee the resulting action plans.
She also assists the CEO in planning Management Committee meetings, and oversees and delivers projects in collaboration with members of the management team.
