Léa Brousseau-Bellavance joined Lavery as a student in 2023 and will be articling at the firm in 2025. She is currently completing her dual degree in civil and common law at McGill University.
During law school, Léa became involved with Student Pro Bono Canada, first as a student volunteer and then as the McGill Chapter Coordinator. She is also the Chair of the Youth Advisory Council of VOICE (Views On Interdisciplinary Childhood Ethics) at McGill University where she is involved in promoting youth perspectives in the advancement of interdisciplinary youth ethics research.
Léa also worked for over 5 years in a community organization providing services to individuals with autism spectrum disorders. She was able to use her crisis management skills, adaptability and listening skills to meet the needs of families.
