Ariane Pasquier is a partner member of the Labour and Employment law group.

As a lawyer specialized in collective labour issues, Ms Pasquier is recognized for her rigour, her judgment and her strategic reasoning. As such, she offers employers services and advice that go beyond the legal framework and is tailored to the particularities of each client.

Her passion for societal issues has led her to develop an interest and a particular expertise in public safety, both with police organizations and fire safety services.

Appreciated for her litigation skills, Ms Pasquier represents her clients regularly before the courts. Her negotiating skills have caused her to act as a spokesperson when negotiating collective bargaining agreement notably in the municipal sector environment.
