His practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, commercial law and corporate financing. In this role, Julien represents and assists small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), multinational corporations and institutional investors in connection with diversified commercial operations and large-scale business projects.

Julien also acts as a strategic advisor, collaborating on the development and implementation of legal and business strategies aimed at achieving growth, development, and operational risk mitigation objectives.

During his career, Julien served as Vice President responsible for the Asian office of a Montréal-based private investment bank, a period during which he was stationed in Bangkok, Thailand. In this role, Julien accompanied and advised Canadian clients in the development of their business in Asia and promoted North American opportunities to Asian companies, entrepreneurs and investors.

• Represented Neuvoo.ca on a $53M equity investment by an institutional investor.
• Representation of Fix Auto Inc. in the acquisition of the ProColor banner.
