Since completing her internship at Lavery in December 2021, Lysa Laramée has held the position of paralegal in commercial and corporate law. In this role, she assists lawyers in the preparation of corporate incorporation and organization documents, and ensures that minute books and corporate registers are kept up to date.

In addition, as part of corporate reorganizations, shareholder integrations or commercial transactions, she prepares closing agendas, various resolutions, agreements and other related documents, as well as reviewing corporate status. In short, she handles all operations required for the corporate life of a company, from incorporation to dissolution.

She also assists lawyers with due diligence checks with the various public registries.

Lysa has a DCS in paralegal technology and joined the Lavery team as an intern.
