Catherine Conides is a member of the Business Law Group. She practices primarily in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, technology transfers and marketing law.
 
She has wide-ranging experience in negotiating and drafting documentation for international and domestic transactions involving purchases and sales of businesses in the manufacturing, services and technology sectors, the legal structuring of businesses, investments in private companies, the transfer of technology through licensing, development agreements, and a broad variety of other commercial agreements.
 
In the area of marketing law, and as a trademark agent, Ms. Conides provides advice to manufacturers, retailers and importers on the many legal facets of marketing including trademark strategy, distribution, marketing practices, packaging and labelling, the Charter of the French language, and consumer protection and privacy legislation.
