Associate
Virginie is a member of the firm's Litigation Group. She practises in all areas of insurance law, in commercial litigation and in civil and professional liability, with a particular focus on medical and hospital liability.

 

During her university studies, Ms. Simard represented the University of Montreal in the Pierre-Basile Mignault Moot Court Competition.
