BIOGRAPHY
Associate
Upon being admitted to the Québec Bar, Véronique Morin joined the firm in Quebec City. She began practising commercial law and civil law, particularly in the field of litigation, acquiring valuable experience in the areas of labour law and judicial review by the courts.
Since 1996, Ms. Morin has been practising at the firm’s Montreal offices in the fields of labour, health and administrative law. During the last few years, she has represented public, parapublic and private entities before administrative tribunals and the courts, notably in matters pertaining to the dismissal of executives. She has also developed an interest in issues relating to psychological harassment and fundamental freedoms.
She has lectured on administrative and constitutional law at Université Laval. Ms. Morin also speaks regularly at conferences on human resources management and labour law matters and writes articles on these subjects.
