BIOGRAPHY

Partner
Paul K. Lepsoe principally represents private sector clients and non-profit organizations in their commercial dealings and in related administrative and commercial litigation. He has represented clients before a variety of courts and tribunals with a focus on international transactions including trade and customs. He works in both English and French, and has some facility in Spanish.

 

After several years of practice with firms based in the Ottawa region, Mr. Lepsoe joined Lavery as a partner in 2011. Prior to entering private practice, he held various positions with the Government of Canada including Legislative Assistant to the Prime Minister of Canada.

 

Mr. Lepsoe is the author of numerous articles on procurement, trade and election law.
