Marc A. Léonard practises in the fields of business, commercial and securities law, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, purchases and sales of businesses, corporate structuring for the purposes of projects, and events
sponsorship. 
 
Mr. Léonard has taught for the Québec Bar's school. He has also given conferences and participated in the writing of articles on corporate law.
