Johanne Caschetto has worked with the firm for nearly 25 years during which she has acquired solid experience in litigation in the areas of health law and insurance law.

 

She obtains, organizes, reviews and summarizes medical and hospital files in addition to conducting investigations in hospital environments and meeting the individuals involved. She manages the various documents and items of evidence in major files.

 

Ms. Caschetto also monitors the progress of files and prepares correspondence and drafts of pleadings, as well as following up various aspects of files with expert physicians and other health professionals.

 

She set up an internal database on more than 1,000 health professionals and updates it.

 

In April 2006, Ms. Caschetto participated in the annual American Bar Association Techshow conference in Chicago. Since then, she works on their standardization project and health law team’s computer software.
