Jean-Sébastien Desroches practises in the field of business law and deals primarily with commercial transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations on behalf of public and private corporations.

He has represented Canadian, American and European clients in several large-scale transactions, particularly, for corporations operating in the manufacturing, pharmaceutical, financial and technological sectors.

Mr. Desroches represents corporations and entrepreneurs in the development and implementation of commercial projects and the drafting of partnership agreements (joint ventures), in particular, for the transportation and aeronautics sectors.

He also advises clients in matters involving venture capital financing, private partnerships and transfer of businesses.
