François Renaud practises mainly in the area of syndicated commercial lending and he regularly represents and advises large syndicates of lenders and borrowers in the structuring of credit facilities and the negotiating and drafting the appropriate legal documentation (including credit agreements, security documents, agreements between lenders, and legal opinions). 

 

He has acted in several major cross-border financings in the course of his practice. 

 

Mr. Renaud also represents and advises clients in connection with purchases and sales of assets and shares, corporate reorganizations, and the implementation of various commercial contracts.
