A lawyer and trademark agent, David Eramian is a member of our Business Law Group. He has extensive experience in business and commercial transactions as well as in intellectual property.

 

As an expert in commercial and business law, Mr. Eramian represents corporations in mergers, acquisitions and real estate transactions matters. He also advises a wide range of clients in the negotiation and drafting of various commercial contracts of different kinds such as distribution contracts, franchise agreements, supply contracts, purchase and sales agreements, licensing agreements, as well as commercial leases, and partnership and shareholders' agreements, to name a few. In this area of practice, Mr. Eramian also provides counsel to clients on all matters involving corporate restructuring and financing as well as business transactions.

 

As an intellectual property specialist, Mr. Eramian counsels numerous companies on matters relating to trademarks, copyrights, patents, information technology, licensing and the Charter of the French Language. He has served a variety of clients on mandates involving the protection of intellectual property and third-party infringement.

 

Over the years, Mr. Eramian has developed a wide range of experience in the numerous components of business law and has worked on a great variety of mandates involving but not limited to international and domestic distribution of products, consumer protection, advertising, franchising, contests as well as various contracts relating to intellectual property rights and commercial and business law.
