Daniel Alain Dagenais is a legal adviser, negotiator, draftsman and trial lawyer and practises in the fields of professional and civil liability, construction and insurance law. He has broadened the scope of his practice to include not only litigation but also the negotiation, drafting and translation of contractual documents, as well as the legal aspects of project development and management, particularly with respect to construction, guarantees, insurance and procurement.

An active member of several professional organizations, he is frequently invited to lecture at conferences in Canada and abroad and has published a number of articles and other works. The holder of a bachelor’s degree and a master’s in law, as well as a degree in business administration, he is also a mediator.
