Claudia Aiello specializes in securities law since 1997. Prior to joining the firm, she gained extensive experience with the legal services of some of Montreal’s largest public companies. She assisted in the preparation of securities offering documents, continuous disclosure documents, including material change filings, annual information forms, press releases, insider reports, management information circulars as well as scripts pertaining to the annual and/or special meetings of reporting issuers. Mrs. Aiello also has an extensive experience with regulatory filing systems, such as SEDAR, the System for Electronic Document Analysys and Retrieval, the EDGAR filing system (U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission) and with SEDI, the system for electronic disclosure by insiders.
