Claude Lacroix is a member of the firm's Business Law Group and has earned the trust of a large and prestigious client base, including many businesses recognized as leaders in their respective fields. Mr. Lacroix represents his clients before a wide range of judicial, administrative and regulatory tribunals.
 
He has also taken part in the establishment and development of the Centre d'arbitrage commercial, national et international du Québec (CACNIQ).
 
Representative work
  • He has handled the legal aspects of major financial transactions involving the implementation of conventional financing, loans, capital stock subscriptions and Quebec business investment companies (QBIC), as well as initial public offerings and secondary distributions governed by stock market regulations.
