BIOGRAPHY
Partner
Catherine Maheu has been practicing for more than 12 years in the labour and employment law fields serving many employers in both the public and private sectors.
Her specialties include, among others, negotiating and drafting collective agreements, arbitration of grievances, the application of labour standards and the drafting of individual employment contracts. She has also developed an interest in issues relating to pension plans. In collaboration with the firm’s Business Law Group, she has developed a strong expertise in advising clients as to the labour and employment law and pensions law aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
Perfectly bilingual, she has received many awards and academic distinctions during her studies.
