Carl M. Ravinsky practices primarily in securities, taxation, mergers and acquisitions and financing in the natural resources sector. He has served on the boards of directors of a number of junior listed companies operating in mining and petroleum exploration and development.

 

Mr. Ravinsky has written articles on corporate law and corporate governance and has taught tax law at McGill University's Career and Management and Graduate Studies Administration Department.

 

Mr. Ravinsky was admitted to the Law Society of Alberta in 1980 and the Law Society of Upper Canada in 1986.
