André Paquette is a member of the Business Law Group. His practice includes various areas of corporate law and he works mainly on mergers and acquisitions as well as financings.

 

Mr. Paquette has extensive experience in drafting commercial agreements. He advises and assists companies of all sizes regarding the legal aspects of sales and acquisitions of businesses and other commercial transactions. He is also interested in corporate succession issues and management buy-outs. He has led numerous acquisitions and sales of businesses and venture capital financings and he structures alliances and joint ventures between strategic

partners.
